An-Naas (Mankind)

Bismillah ar-Rahman ir-Rahim
Qul: A'uzu bir-Rabin-naas
Malikin-naas
Ilaahin-naas
Min Sharril waswaa sil khan-naas
Alladhee yuwaswisu fee suduurin naas
Minal jinnati wan-naas
(Qur'an 114)

In the Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of Mankind,
The King of Mankind,
The God of Mankind,
Fromthe mischief of the slinking prompter
Who worships in the hearts of Mankind
From among jinn and Mankind.

Al-Falaq (Daybreak)

Bismillah ar-Rahman ir-Rahim
Qul: A'uzu bi-Rabbil-Falaq
Min sharri maa khalaq
Wa min sharri ghaasiqin izaa waqaba
Wa min sharri nafathaati fil Uqadi
Wa min sharri haasidin izaa hasad
(Qur'an 113)

In the Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the Daybreak
from the evil that he hath created
from the evil of darkness when it gathers
from the evil of conjuring witches
from the evil of the envier when he envies.

Al-Ikhlas (Purity of Faith)

Bismillah ar-Rahman ir-Rahim
Qul: Huwallahu Ahad
Allahus-Samad
Lam yalid, wa lam yuulad
Wa lam yakuluhu Kufuwan Ahad
(Qur'an 112)

In the Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Say: He is God, the One and Only
He begets not, nor is he begotten
And there is non like unto Him.

Allahummah: Ighfir li Hayyina wa mayyitina
Wa shaahidina
Wa ghaa' ibina
Wa sagheerina
Wa kabeerina
Wa zakarina
Wa unthaana
Allahummah
Man ahayitahu minna
Fa'ahayihi alal-Islam
Waman tawaffaitahu minna
Fa tawaffahu alal-eeman

O God! Forgive those of us who are living, and the dead;
Those of us who are present
And those of us who are absent
Our minors,
our elders,
Our males,
and our females
O God!
Let the one whom Thou keepest alive among us
Live according to Islam
And let the one whom Thou causest to die from among us
Die as a believer.

The next suplication is for a dead child

Allahumah aj'alhu/aj'alhaa lana farajan
Waj alhu/alhaa lana ajranwa zuhran
Waj alhu/alhaa Shafee'an/'atan Wa mushaff-an/-atan

Oh God! Cause him/her to become a means for salvation for us
And cause his/her loss to become a means for reward and recompense for us.
And make him/her for us an intersession and whose intersessin be granted by Thee.

If the suplication can not be give it is in order to use:

Allahumma! Ighfir lil
mu'mineen wal mu'minat

Oh God! Grant forgiveness to all
male and female believers
